Usage
spectrum_isotopes(df = NULL, isotope_model = NULL, charge = 1)
Arguments
- df
a dataframe of monoisotopic peaks
- isotope_model
a model of isotopes for a given polypeptide
- charge
proton charge to assume for the isotope profile
